Cleanup of the Richmond Chevron refinery leak has ended, but questions remain

The cleanup of an oil leak two weeks ago at the Richmond Chevron refinery has been completed, authorities said Tuesday, but questions remain from residents and environmentalists about what caused the leak... Neighbors reported smelling gas before that, according to San Francisco Baykeeper attorney Ben Eichenberg.
