Baykeeper’s Coastal Cleanup Day When: Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9:00am – 12:00 pm How to track my trash: Install the Clean Swell app (for iPhone or Android) and select "SF Baykeeper" as your group. (If you don't have a smartphone, you can use a printable tally sheet instead). When you arrive at your cleanup site, use the Swell app to track the quantity of each trash item type you find. What to bring for your in-person cleanup: Old clothing (that you don’t mind getting dirty!) Sturdy shoes that can get wet and muddy An extra layer Hat and sunglasses Sunscreen Water Bottle/Reusable cup Share and inspire our community Show us how you’re protecting the Bay from trash pollution by posting a photo, story, or video on Facebook or Instagram and tag @sfbaykeeper #CoastalCleanupDay, #beachcleanup, #sfbaykeeper. Hold your own cleanup You can also participate in Coastal Cleanup Day by doing your own personal or household cleanup at a park, neighborhood, or shoreline near you!
