Refineries Plan To Ship Even Dirtier Tar Sands Oil Into Bay Area, Fracked Crude By Rail Gets Too Pricey

A new kind of cargo is heading into the Bay Area by ship, called tar sands crude, the dirtiest crude on the planet. "This is a product that sinks.
