The coast is clear: Water good at most Bay Area beaches

Bay Area beaches are cleaner this year, according to Heal the Bay's annual Beach Report Card. But some beaches along the Bay still get failing grades. Deb Self, Baykeeper Executive Director, explains that aging local sewer systems need repairs to keep sewage from polluting the water at Bay beaches.
